1. Set up data governance: roles, catalogue and glossary, policies, standards and guidelines.
2. Data quality and solid processes: quality rules, measures and reports, master data and matching.
3. Data products, with AI and BI: producer / consumer approach, use cases, content KPIs.
4. Programme and project management: roadmap, project review board, Scrum and Kanban in Jira and Confluence.
5. Coach and train: Data Owners and Data Stewards, data literacy, change and adoption.
