This is a static website: it consists of plain HTML, CSS and image/PDF files with no server-side application, no user accounts, and no database. In practical terms, that means:

About hosting infrastructure. Like any website, this site is delivered via a hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard connection-level technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) as an ordinary part of delivering web traffic and protecting the site from abuse. This is infrastructure-level logging outside this site's control, governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy — it is not data collected, accessed, or used by the site owner.

If this changes.
